BSP Memorandum M-2025-029, dated 14 August 2025, ordered e-wallets to remove gambling links. GCash and Maya removed those links on 16 August 2025 at 8 pm. Since then, players access S5 through the S5 website or app, not through the old GLife or Maya Games entry.

This change did not remove GCash and Maya as S5 cashier options: both remain listed as payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. QRPh and banks are also listed. The route into the gaming account and the route for moving money are separate, so a missing GLife shortcut does not by itself mean that GCash cannot be selected inside the cashier. APK sizes shown on third-party sites vary and are not confirmed, so do not use those sites as a source for an installer. Avoid files sent through messages or advertised with free-credit claims.

The mobile website works in Chrome and Safari without installing an app, and you can add it to your phone’s home screen. That is a separate option from the iOS app or an Android APK.
